Update 2.5.0.1 has rolled out for Destiny 2 across on all platforms, and with it has come a ton of datamined information. This is mostly stuff like weapons, perks, runes, armor, etc. within the Season of Opulence, but the splash image that players will be greeted with after the livestream reveal of the next chapter this Thursday has also been leaked, as you can see above.
The expansion is called Shadowkeep and will send players back to the Moon, where “terrifying shadows have descended.”
Players will be tasked with venturing into a “mysterious enemy citadel” and become a slayer of nightmares.
The Shadowkeep expansion will be available for pre-purchase Thursday.
Price and other details not yet known, but there will be a physical collector’s edition available on BungieStore.com.
