Sony has revealed the 20 PSOne games that come pre-loaded on the PlayStation Classic mini console. There’s some heavy hitters here, but some noticeable titles are missing.
Sony had previously announced Final Fantasy VII, Tekken 3, Ridge Racer Type 4, Jumping Flash and Wild Arms. Those hoping for titles like Legend of Dragoon or Driver, to name just two that I was personally hoping to see, are going to be disappointed in some of the selections that did make it (like Rainbow Six, which was awful on the PlayStation).
Here’s the complete list of games that make up the PlayStation Classic selection:
- Battle Arena Toshinden
- Cool Boarders 2
- Destruction Derby
- Final Fantasy VII
- Grand Theft Auto
- Intelligent Qube
- Jumping Flash
- Metal Gear Solid
- Mr Driller
- Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee
- Rayman
- Resident Evil Director’s Cut
- Revelations: Persona
- Ridge Racer Type 4
- Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo
- Syphon Filter
- Tekken 3
- Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six
- Twisted Metal
- Wild Arms
The PlayStation Classic mini console releases on December 3, 2018, just in time for Christmas. The console will retail for $99 and comes with the above 20 games pre-loaded and two controllers.
